Today, 6 February 2025, is Time to Talk Day, the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. This day encourages everyone to open up about mental health, fostering understanding and support.

At Benfield School, we believe in a well-rounded education that goes beyond academics. Our partnership with the Newcastle United Foundation plays a vital role in achieving this goal. This collaboration, recently featured on BBC Match of the Day, this portrays our commitment to providing students with valuable life skills and enriching experiences.

Gracie Rochester, a student at St Hild’s Church of England School in Hartlepool, is emerging as a prominent figure in the world of boxing. Her recent international success, securing a bronze medal while representing England’s Under-14 team, is a testament to her exceptional discipline and unwavering determination.

As part of the trust relational work, we partnered with Carr Manor Community School in Leeds and Newcastle local authority to develop the trust relational practice.
